What you will do

• Perform quality sampling and prepare test samples using miter saws, table saws, drill presses, and planers.
• Monitor and assure product quality during in-process and post-production phases.
• Analyze product characteristics, graph results, and report meaningful data.
• Communicate audit results to management and advise on acceptance or observed quality trends.
• Maintain and update test records via data entry into required databases.
• Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of quality improvement actions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic metrology skills and proficiency with test equipment.
• Basic math and reasonable computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Ability to read, write, and work effectively within a diverse team.
• Must be able to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as scheduled.
• Must pass the Quality Skills test.

Nice to have

• Industrial manufacturing experience.
• ASQ CQT certification.
