What you will do

• Assemble final systems and sub-assemblies according to manufacturing drawings and instructions.
• Perform electro-mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving on the production floor.
• Test products to ensure proper operation based on established criteria.
• Record production data accurately and provide feedback during team discussions.
• Comply with all departmental policies, FDA audits, and 5S regulations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Rochester, NY
• Minimum of HS Diploma or GED.
• Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and consistent work performance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written standard work processes.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing for 50-75% of the shift and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Prior experience in material handling or packing.
• Electrical and mechanical knowledge.
