What you will do
- Coordinate and administer early careers and apprenticeship programmes, maintaining accurate records and trackers.
- Act as a first point of contact for apprentices and support engagement with external providers.
- Collect and present programme data to support reporting and continuous improvement.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for D&I activities and colleague networks.
- Manage diaries, meeting rooms, and shared documentation for the team.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool, UK.
- Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating activities, events, or projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate information using spreadsheets or databases.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, curious mindset.
- Motivation to learn on the job and complete a CIPD Level 3 apprenticeship.
