Location: Onsite in London, UK (5 days per week)

What you will do

  • Manage the People Ops ticket queue, triaging and responding to inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and documentation.
  • Lead on-site People Operations for EMEA, including onboarding, offboarding, and compensation administration.
  • Oversee the daily office experience, managing inventory and ensuring the workspace is welcoming and well-equipped.
  • Organize internal and external company events, including the new hire onboarding program and global All Hands.
  • Own space and capacity planning for the London office, optimizing layout and managing office logistics.
  • Manage the London office budget and maintain relationships with property management and vendors.

Requirements

  • Experience in Human Resources or People Operations, preferably within a high-growth tech company.
  • Hands-on experience managing office operations, vendor relationships, and budgets.
  • Exceptional prioritization and time management skills to handle competing priorities.
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills for both synchronous and asynchronous settings.
  • A builder's mindset with a passion for creating scalable processes and enhancing workplace culture.
