What you will do

• Build and ship AI-powered internal tools rapidly to accelerate hiring, finance, and ops workflows.
• Evaluate, integrate, and chain the latest AI models, APIs, and frameworks into production-ready solutions.
• Create compounding leverage by building tools that free up hours across the company.
• Write clean, maintainable code that integrates with existing systems and scales reliably.
• Own end-to-end deployments, ensuring reliability without constant supervision.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with proven experience in building and shipping working solutions.
• Experience with modern AI tooling (LLMs, AI coding assistants, workflow automation).
• Startup or entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of building critical internal infrastructure or widely used solutions.
• Ability to move fast, communicate clearly, and collaborate with non-technical teams.
• Fluency in English is required.
