What you will do

• Own the technical strategy for high-value enterprise opportunities from discovery to close.
• Prototype and build working solutions, scripts, and integrations to resolve specific customer challenges.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, outcome-driven business value narratives for executive stakeholders.
• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and build technical champions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to feed field-built solutions back into the product roadmap.
• Mentor team members and contribute to onboarding and enablement efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, technical presales, or forward-deployed engineering within SaaS.
• Hands-on technical experience with LLM tools and building prototypes.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused narratives for executive audiences.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support regional activities.

• Experience with digital experience platforms, search technologies, or AI-driven products.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and modern web architectures.
