What you will do

• Develop foundational media planning knowledge across various channels.
• Manage campaign implementation, including updating schematics and tracking creative assets.
• Assist with financial processes such as PO trackers, bookings, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate regular meetings with clients and creative agencies.
• Analyze competitive data and audience insights to support planning strategies.
• Collaborate with activation teams to deliver tactical media plans.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Basic understanding and competence in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Inquisitive mindset with a strong interest in media and marketing industry trends.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deliverables with minimal error.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Commitment to working from the office approximately four days per week.
