What you will do

• Coordinate the full campaign lifecycle, from asset gathering and configuration to launch and post-campaign reporting.
• Monitor daily campaign delivery, ensuring performance metrics are met and pacing is on track.
• Execute in-flight optimizations across platforms like Beeswax, Google Ads, and Roblox.
• Investigate and troubleshoot delivery issues, tracking discrepancies, and technical bugs.
• Manage inventory forecasting and support deal setup for active and upcoming campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and managed service partners to ensure accurate trafficking and QA.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in programmatic media buying, ad operations, or a highly analytical media role.
• Hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Beeswax, or Google Ads.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data reporting and performance analysis.
• Foundational understanding of digital ad formats like VAST and HTML5.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid work.
