What you will do

  • Drive the strategy and overall management of sponsored ads for top-tier strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital media plans and advertising strategies to meet manufacturer goals.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 1-3 Media Specialists managing small to mid-sized accounts.
  • Analyze campaign performance and trends to inform future strategies and accelerate growth.
  • Identify and implement retail media growth opportunities on platforms such as Walmart, Instacart, and Criteo.
  • Evangelize and deploy incremental measurement tools (AMC, OCM) based on client needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • Proven expertise in Amazon Sponsored Ads managing large, complex businesses.
  • Demonstrated experience in people management and mentoring associates.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for manipulating large data sets.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Tableau, Skai, Jungle Scout, Cobalt, or Criteo/Citrus Ads.
  • Certification in Amazon Advertising.
