Technical Campaign Executive (CRM): Supporting the technical execution of CRM campaigns across audio and competition brands with an accent on building customer journeys, automations, and audience segmentations. Focus on bridging the gap between campaign strategy and delivery to ensure personalized customer engagement at scale.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK (Hybrid: 1 office day per week)

What you will do

• Build and manage customer journeys and automated campaign workflows within CRM platforms.
• Create and maintain audience segmentations to support personalized communications.
• Support the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across multiple brands.
• Manage campaign scheduling and deployment activity.
• Ensure CRM data and campaign processes are accurate and efficient.
• Support reporting activity and campaign performance analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London office weekly.
• Experience in a CRM, Email Marketing, or Marketing Automation role.
• Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end CRM campaigns.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Direct experience using Braze.
• Exposure to Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Basic SQL knowledge or audience querying experience.
• Experience within media, entertainment, or publishing environments.
