What you will do

• Build the product marketing function from scratch, defining operating models and foundational frameworks.
• Own product positioning, architecture, and messaging across the full portfolio.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and features, coordinating cross-functional readiness.
• Develop a comprehensive sales enablement suite including battlecards, pitch narratives, and demo storylines.
• Define and govern the AI narrative to articulate commercial value for enterprise clients.
• Hire and develop a team of product marketing managers to support long-term scaling.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in product marketing within enterprise B2B SaaS or platform businesses.
• Proven track record of building a product marketing function from the ground up.
• Deep expertise in positioning, launch execution, sales enablement, and narrative development.
• Strong ability to influence senior leadership and work directly with Product and Sales teams.
• Excellent writing and synthesis skills for creating messaging frameworks and launch briefs.
• Experience managing complexity in multi-product environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR tech, L&D, talent, or coaching industries.
• Exposure to AI-enabled product GTM strategies.
• Formal PMM training (Product Marketing Alliance, Reforge, or Pragmatic Institute).
