What you will do

• Own the full tooling ecosystem, including SDKs, integrations, and developer-facing interfaces.
• Lead framework groups to evolve hirify.global-native frameworks for internal and external use.
• Establish feedback loops between application teams and platform engineering to drive improvements.
• Maintain high-quality developer documentation, best practice libraries, and the knowledge base.
• Manage communication channels and build an active developer community via portals, forums, and newsletters.

Requirements

• Experience in Developer Relations, Platform Engineering, or Technical Enablement.
• Deep understanding of modern software development toolchains and developer workflows.
• Proven track record of building developer portals or documentation platforms.
• Strong technical communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Must be able to work hybridly from the Mannheim office.
