What you will do

• Lead full end-to-end loyalty campaigns from initial briefing to in-store execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term partnerships based on trust.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines to ensure all milestones are met.
• Coordinate artwork creation and approvals across internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Client Marketing, Print Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales teams.
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment across all project workstreams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in an international environment.
• Native Dutch speaker with excellent English skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Experience in marketing or activation is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Licensors, FMCG, or grocery retail.
