Location: Must live within 50 miles of Arlington, VA. This position does not offer relocation.

Salary: $119,000 — $172,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to OSW ManTech leadership on strategic acquisition planning and execution.
• Integrate acquisition activities with PPBE processes and assess emerging contracting risks and opportunities.
• Interpret and apply FAR, DFARS, and Department of War directives to R&D initiatives.
• Develop solicitation packages, acquisition documentation, and lead source selection activities.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including performance monitoring, modifications, and closeout.
• Create briefings, reports, and decision-support materials for senior Department of War leadership.

Requirements

• Active SECRET security clearance, at minimum.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Program Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 14 years of federal acquisition, contracting, or program management experience (or 10 years with a Master’s degree).
• Proven experience with Department of War source selections and R&D procurements.
• Deep knowledge of FAR procedures and defense acquisition policies.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Arlington, VA.
