Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid - minimum 4 days per week in office)

Salary: $100,000 – $106,000 Base/year

What you will do

• Collect and collate Firm-level AUM and personnel data for external consultant databases.
• Deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely data to the Global RFP team.
• Ensure the consistency and integrity of all collected data sets.
• Update standard reports and create visualization dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal data providers to ensure timely and accurate data supply.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communications, English, or Liberal Arts.
• Ability to investigate and manipulate large amounts of data under strict deadlines.
• Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with RFPs.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
