Analyst, RFP (Investment Management)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid schedule with at least four full days each week working in an hirify.global office

Salary: $100,000–$106,000 base per year, plus potential incentive pay

hirify.global is a global investment management firm providing investment strategies and vehicles to institutional and retail clients worldwide.

What you will do

• Collect and consolidate firm-level assets under management and personnel data.
• Maintain accurate investment and consultant database information used for RFPs, DDQs, surveys, and client inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal data providers to obtain timely information and communicate material data changes.
• Check data consistency and integrity across multiple sources.
• Update standard reports and help develop visualization dashboards and tools.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of related work experience; RFP experience is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Communications, English, or Liberal Arts.
• Ability to investigate and manipulate large amounts of data from various sources under strict deadlines.
• Experience with MS Excel and SQL is helpful but not required.
• Exposure to Economics or Finance courses or an interest in financial markets is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data visualization tools, especially Power BI or Tableau.
