Senior Conversion Copywriter (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Design and write onboarding flows to welcome new players and drive initial engagement.
• Craft compelling upsell copy, paywalls, and feature nudges for Premium and Diamond subscriptions.
• Manage copy for seasonal sales and promotional campaigns to drive revenue while maintaining brand integrity.
• Develop lifecycle marketing content including emails, push notifications, and in-product messages to re-engage lapsed users.
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to create high-converting ad copy and scripts for Meta, Google, and Apple Search Ads.
• Define and document the brand voice to ensure consistency across all user-facing communications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in conversion-focused copywriting for consumer products, apps, or subscription businesses.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating success in onboarding, upsells, lifecycle emails, and paid ad creative.
• Deep understanding of monetization, growth, and paid acquisition strategies.
• Data-literate mindset with a strong track record of using A/B testing to iterate and improve copy performance.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote and asynchronous environment.
• Strong collaborative skills with experience taking feedback and iterating on work without ego.
