Community Manager (Game Development): Creating Russian- and English-language social media content and engaging with players across multiple platforms with an accent on midcore gaming communities, player feedback, and live-service communication. Location: Remote work or office in Limassol, Cyprus, with partner offices in Europe. Flexible start of the workday with required online hours for team collaboration. Relocation opportunities are available after the probation period, with support for family and pets.

What you will do
- Create social media posts and articles in Russian and English about in-game activities, memes, contests, and giveaways.
- Engage with players daily through comments and social media channels.
- Run surveys and collect, structure, and relay player complaints, suggestions, and bug reports to the development team.
- Prepare feedback forms for testing participants and file bug reports.
- Process volunteer and in-game reports related to cheating, chat behavior, and inappropriate nicknames.
Requirements
- Experience as a community manager working with a midcore gaming audience.
- Ability to build rapport with players and handle negative feedback in chats.
- Experience managing Discord, Facebook, X, Instagram, Reddit, Telegram, and VK, with knowledge of each platform's specifics.
- Understanding of current entertainment content trends, including memes and giveaways.
- Ability to create and edit reels and short-form videos.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
