Document Control Specialist (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Manage the creation, maintenance, revision, and release of internally owned QMS documents.
• Maintain internal databases and ensure accurate document entries, revision updates, and obsolete-document listings.
• Manage revision levels for customer- and industry-controlled documentation within the QMS.
• Provide the Quality Director with requirements knowledge, background information, and insight into current system gaps.
• Support consistent and timely quality administration activities.

Requirements

• Two-year college or university program certificate, or one to two years of related experience or training.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with document control, databases, and quality management system documentation.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work attendance.
