Quality Assurance Engineer, Assoc. (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in East Windsor, Connecticut, United States

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop, apply, and revise quality standards for receiving, in-process, and final inspections.
• Work hands-on with production and operations to ensure quality products leave the facility.
• Review in-process rejections, obtain dispositions, and implement corrective actions.
• Interface with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve quality problems and provide information.
• Participate in quality audits.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of manufacturing or aerospace experience.
• Experience assisting with audits.
• Understanding of technical blueprints.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Self-motivated approach and willingness to support multiple functions in a small job-shop facility.
