What you will do

• Own growth-focused product surfaces including pricing, upgrades, and checkout flows from concept to launch.
• Translate business objectives into actionable design hypotheses and measurable product changes.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests in partnership with engineering and data teams.
• Establish design direction for growth initiatives while maintaining consistency with broader product systems.
• Mentor other designers and elevate design quality across the organization.
• Create prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, and user flows that balance usability and business impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience designing product experiences directly tied to revenue metrics like conversion, ARR, or retention.
• Strong understanding of growth design principles, experimentation frameworks, and data-informed decision-making.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills for web-based products.
• Ability to partner effectively with product, engineering, and analytics teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design rationale and influence strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-powered development or prototyping tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Additional creative skills in video/audio editing, illustration, or visual storytelling.
