What you will do

• Triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoints, cloud environments, and network telemetry.
• Automate repetitive workflows and integrate AI tools to increase team effectiveness and response speed.
• Execute containment and remediation actions for confirmed incidents while maintaining established runbooks.
• Tune and maintain SIEM and EDR platforms to reduce false positives and strengthen detection signal quality.
• Apply threat intelligence, including IOCs and TTPs, to active investigations and proactive monitoring.
• Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to clear, actionable post-incident documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• 3+ years of experience in security operations, detection and response, or related security engineering.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM and EDR platforms, including detection tuning.
• Strong analytical judgment and a methodical approach to incident resolution.
• Experience investigating threats across endpoints, cloud environments, and network telemetry.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
