A Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) delivering white-glove cybersecurity services to organizations within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB).

What you will do

• Deploy, configure, and maintain cybersecurity solutions including endpoint, identity, email, and cloud security technologies across customer environments.
• Investigate and resolve security-related issues and service requests, performing hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Assist in onboarding new customers and implementing cybersecurity standards to meet NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, and DFARS requirements.
• Collaborate with SOC analysts, compliance, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality managed security services.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures for security systems.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or an MSP environment.
• Experience supporting IAM, EDR, SIEM/SOAR, and vulnerability management platforms.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and CMMC.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as Security+, CySA+, Microsoft Security (SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, or CrowdStrike.
• Experience supporting Azure, GCC, or GCC High environments.
• Prior experience working specifically within an MSP/MSSP environment.
