Security Advisor I (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year

What you will do

• Assess customer Falcon environments to ensure strict alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide actionable recommendations and remediation steps to improve the overall security posture.
• Directly communicate with customers to identify and resolve misalignments with security standards.
• Document and resolve customer-related issues in accordance with established procedures and SLAs.
• Develop and deliver detailed service reports and performance statistics as requested.
• Collaborate with internal support and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused role.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience.
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS, ISC2, or equivalent.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proficiency in managing Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience with Incident Management, CSIRT operations, and Change Management.
• Knowledge of SIEM, UEBA, MDR/XDR, and Intrusion Detection and Response.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001/2, NIST CSF, CIS Critical Security, PCI DSS, and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience working with complex, sophisticated enterprise clients.
