What you will do

• Develop and own the EMEA corporate events strategy aligned with regional revenue targets and global marketing objectives
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of event managers and coordinators
• Oversee planning and execution of 80+ annual events across EMEA, including trade shows and conferences
• Define event segmentation, activation frameworks, and standardized event playbooks with quality benchmarks
• Own the EMEA event budget, forecasting, vendor negotiations, and resource allocation to maximize ROI
• Track success metrics (pipeline contribution, sourced/influenced revenue, cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity) and implement scalable measurement in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in event marketing or field marketing in a B2B SaaS or technology company
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing and developing event or field marketing teams
• Proven ability to build event strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing substantial regional budgets
• Experience operating across multi-country, multi-language EMEA markets
• Strong command of marketing automation and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot) for reporting and attribution
