What you will do

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to insurance companies to initiate new legal claims.
• Proactively contact clients to gather missing information and necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and claim statuses in case management systems.
• Navigate complex insurance protocols to minimize delays in the intake process.
• Provide professional and empathetic support to clients during sensitive legal situations.
• Balance phone-heavy tasks with administrative follow-ups to ensure claims do not stall.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• 1-2+ years of experience in customer service, call centers, or administrative support.
• Confidence and comfort in handling consistent outbound phone calls.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with legal case management systems like Filevine, Clio, or CloudLex is preferred.
