TL;DR

Legal Intake Specialist: Managing inbound inquiries and converting prospective clients for a boutique appellate law firm with an accent on precision, client communication, and contract automation. Focus on screening prospects, booking consultations, and ensuring error-free engagement agreements while maintaining a polished brand experience.

Location: Must be based in LATAM or the Philippines. Work schedule: 8 am - 5 pm EST.

Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 USD/month

What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone and email.
  • Screen prospects to qualify them for appellate legal services.
  • Manage scheduling and follow-ups using CRM and practice-management tools.
  • Draft and prepare engagement agreements using contract-automation software.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in client data, spelling, and financial figures.
  • Maintain professional communication standards to protect the firm's reputation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in LATAM or the Philippines.
  • English: C1+ required for real-time phone communication and written correspondence.
  • Experience in phone-based client intake, customer service, or front-desk roles.
  • Proven ability to draft accurate client-facing documents and contracts.
  • Proficiency with CRM, scheduling tools, and VoIP phone systems.
  • Experience serving professional or high-expectation clientele.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a legal services or law firm environment.
  • Familiarity with Clio Grow, Clio Manage, or similar practice management software.
  • Experience with document-automation tools like Gavel.
