Location: Hybrid (Barcelona or Madrid), must spend 3 days per week in the office

Global adtech company specializing in persona-based advertising strategies through its proprietary Persona Intelligence technology.

What you will do

• Advise on global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and lead negotiations for data processing agreements and privacy policies.
• Implement privacy-by-design principles across products and services.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts for clients, publishers, vendors, and partners.
• Develop contract templates and playbooks to optimize the contracting process.
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and propose proactive mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Product, and IT teams to support business initiatives.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer (LLB or equivalent) admitted to practice in a European jurisdiction.
• 4+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate legal, preferably in AdTech, SaaS, or technology.
• Strong expertise in commercial contracts, data protection laws, and corporate governance.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to balance legal risk with commercial pragmatism in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish or other EU languages.
