What you will do

• Lead product design strategy across multiple product areas to ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Own complex design projects from discovery and ideation through implementation and measurement.
• Define and evolve the overall product vision, user experience direction, and design standards.

• Establish frameworks and processes that improve collaboration, efficiency, and design excellence.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to align strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Design or design leadership.
• At least 2 years of experience in a venture-funded private startup.
• At least 2 years of experience in direct management or cross-functional leadership.
• Must be located in the United States and available in the Eastern Time Zone.
• Strong background in direct-to-consumer products and conversion-focused flows.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end design initiatives including research, prototyping, and validation.
