What you will do

• Lead design strategy across multiple business units and set the overall user experience vision.
• Direct and guide the work of other designers while maintaining high standards for craft.
• Build new products and iterate on existing ones to improve performance.
• Manage executive stakeholders across engineering, product, and marketing teams.
• Drive improvements to the product development process with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of Product Design experience.
• At least 2 years of experience at a venture-funded, private startup.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.
• Majority of experience in-house working on direct-to-consumer products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction details, storytelling, and visual polish.
