Location: Must be based in or able to commute to York, UK. The role follows a hybrid working model, requiring 4-5 days per week in the office during the initial 5-month training period, transitioning to a minimum of 2 days per week thereafter.

What you will do
- Deliver best-in-class service to brokers via telephone, email, webchat, and social media.
- Manage client enquiries and policy adjustments efficiently and professionally.
- Build rapport and demonstrate empathy to encourage broker advocacy and retention.
- Triage requests to underwriting teams and handle enquiries within your authority.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of insurance products to provide informed support.
- Collaborate internally with Underwriting, Claims, and Operations teams.
Requirements

- Proven experience in a customer or client-focused environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high standards of grammar.
