What you will do

• Process vehicle hire requests and bookings using in-house systems within agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate the delivery of hire vehicles through the company's preferred supply chain.
• Manage a caseload of claims, ensuring regular telephone contact and updates with clients and insurance companies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of claim history and current status.
• Advise clients on claims and available additional business services.
• Ensure strict adherence to technical and regulatory processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a busy administration and customer service environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and workload organization.
• Ability to learn quickly and understand technical processes and information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
• Must be based in or be able to commute to Birmingham, UK.
