Video Editor (Game Development) (Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects/DaVinci Resolve): Creating trailers, teasers, gameplay videos, and marketing assets for open-world video games with an accent on cinematic storytelling, in-engine capture, sound design, and post-production. Focus on directing gameplay and cinematic footage, shaping pacing and emotional narratives, and delivering optimized content across social media, digital stores, and 4K formats.
Location: studios in Wrocław and Warsaw, Poland

What you will do
- Own the full video production pipeline from concept development and storyboarding through in-engine capture, editing, sound design, and final delivery.
- Capture and direct gameplay and cinematic footage, including staging shots and camera work.
- Edit trailers, teasers, gameplay videos, and campaign assets with strong pacing, emotion, and narrative flow.
- Design and integrate sound, music, color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Collaborate with Art Director, Marketing, Brand, and Product teams to define video direction and contribute creative ideas.
- Manage multiple projects, external vendors, platform-specific formats, workflows, and asset management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in video editing and cinematic production, ideally in gaming, film, or entertainment.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related editing and compositing tools.
- Strong knowledge of cinematic storytelling, pacing, visual composition, lighting, emotional rhythm, sound design, and audio editing.
- Experience with real-time game engines such as Unreal Engine, Unity, or proprietary engines for capture and camera work.
- Experience delivering trailers or video content from concept to final output and translating creative briefs into visual narratives.
- Very good command of English; able to work independently, collaborate effectively, accept feedback, and iterate quickly.
Nice to have
- Motion capture, performance capture, animation, cinematic sequencing, motion graphics, compositing, or VFX experience.
- Experience with outsourcing and vendor collaboration.
- Live-action or hybrid live/CG production experience.
- Lighting setup, camera operation, and passion for video games and cinematic storytelling.
