Video Editor (YouTube/Adobe Premiere Pro): Editing polished, engaging, and educational videos for Omnisend’s YouTube channel and internal teams with an accent on storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, and brand alignment. Focus on shaping raw footage into high-performing content, developing video concepts with Content, Design, Product, and Marketing, and adapting to YouTube trends and best practices.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid workplace
Salary: from €2,500 gross per month, based on experience

What you will do
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging final videos.
- Support the growth of the YouTube channel and produce video content for teams across the company.
- Collaborate with Content, Design, Product, and Marketing to develop topics aligned with brand goals.
- Contribute creative ideas and improve video storytelling and performance.
- Track YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and video industry best practices.
- Organize video assets and manage project timelines.
Requirements
- Mid-to-senior-level experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with After Effects.
- Ability to independently make basic motion graphics adjustments.
- Strong creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and video structure, supported by concrete work examples.
- Strong attention to detail, consistent deadline management, and confidence contributing ideas in creative discussions.
- Collaborative, flexible approach and openness to feedback.
Nice to have
- Experience with colour grading.
- Experience with audio editing.
