What you will do

• Develop and deliver high-performance AI features to help users discover and optimize access to large datasets.
• Implement an iterative process to prototype, test, and validate AI-driven workflows for the data engineering lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agentic components with internal tools like Slack and alerting systems.
• Take full ownership of AI solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with user workflows.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance both product functionality and internal development workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany, Ireland, Sweden, Spain, or the UK.
• Strong experience with LLMs, context engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade, user-facing software systems.
• Exposure to working in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience using observability tools to troubleshoot system behavior.

Nice to have

• Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi-agent workflows.
• Background as a data analyst or experience with data platforms like Looker, Tableau, or Snowflake.
• Experience building tools for data engineering.
