What you will do

• Build and deploy AI-driven applications such as chat assistants and AI copilots.
• Implement LLM integrations, prompt design, and agent orchestration.
• Connect AI systems with enterprise tools, APIs, and core banking systems.
• Optimize model performance for latency, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure production readiness and continuous monitoring of AI services.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI frameworks.
• Strong coding skills in Python.
• Experience with core banking integrations and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and RAG/agentic systems.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above required.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Exposure to vector databases and embeddings.
• Knowledge of cloud-native deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
