What you will do

• Build products using Spec Driven Development to guide implementation and evaluation with LLMs.
• Design and implement reusable AI Skills that automate actions safely within hirify.global’s workflows.
• Develop and maintain automated and human-in-the-loop evaluation frameworks (Evals) to ensure output quality.
• Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ground AI responses in trusted company data.
• Design agentic workflows combining LLMs and rules to automate complex business processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to embed AI into core user experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and shipping real AI-powered systems or workflows.
• Product-first thinking with the ability to design complete user experiences.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals across backend, frontend, or ML.
• Ability to experiment, learn, and iterate rapidly.
• Must be based in Spain and available for on-site work in A Coruña.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, skill-based agents, MCP, or other AI protocols.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, and system design.
