A fast-growing SaaS company building AI-powered business management software that centralizes HR, Finance, and Operations workflows.

What you will do

  • Build products using Spec Driven Development, leveraging LLMs for implementation and iteration.
  • Design and implement reusable AI Skills to automate actions safely within hirify.global’s workflows.
  • Develop and maintain automated and human-in-the-loop evaluation frameworks (Evals) to measure output quality.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ground AI responses in trusted company data.
  • Design agentic workflows that combine LLMs and rules to automate complex business processes.
  • Own systems end-to-end, from initial problem definition to production monitoring and iteration.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
  • Proven experience building and shipping real AI-powered systems or workflows in production.
  • Product-first mindset with the ability to design complete user experiences rather than isolated components.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals across backend, frontend, or ML.
  • Ability to iterate fast, experiment, and adapt to new tools quickly.

Nice to have

  • Experience with skill-based agents, MCP, or other AI protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, and system design.
