What you will do

• Manage the full customer lifecycle, driving product adoption, advocacy, and relationship management.
• Analyze data from existing sources to identify customer risks or opportunities for growth.
• Troubleshoot customer issues independently using tools like Jira, HubSpot, and Gainsight.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and identify UX gaps.
• Utilize AI for customer health scoring, usage pattern analysis, and proactive outreach.
