Business Operations Expert - Commercial & Ethics (Pharma)

What you will do

• Manage a global portfolio of applications supporting Commercial, Marketing, GPPS and Ethics functions.
• Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate priorities into sustainable technology solutions.
• Drive service governance, operational excellence, vendor management and continuous improvement.
• Oversee application releases, service transitions and operational roadmaps.
• Identify operational risks, improve system performance and enhance user support.
• Build relationships with business teams, IT stakeholders and external service providers.

Requirements

• Significant experience in IT application management, service delivery or business operations in a complex, regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial business processes and experience with SaaS solutions, application services, vendors and outsourced providers.
• Experience managing application lifecycles, releases and service governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills in a global matrix organisation.
• Fluency in English and French is essential.
