Internship/Competitive Media Reporting & Analytics Assistant Project Manager

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with the option to work remotely up to 50% of the month.

What you will do

• Support analysis of competitive media spend, sales data, market trends, and brand investment strategies.
• Transform manual processes into automated workflows and dashboards.
• Develop clear visualizations and maintain data quality across competitive data tools.
• Onboard internal teams to existing dashboards and educate stakeholders about new features.
• Create impactful reports and newsletters for media teams, brands, markets, and senior management.
• Collaborate with Tech, Market, Media, and Global Data & Analytics teams.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Advanced analytical skills with Pivot Tables, SQL, and Python.
• Experience working with Nielsen and Kantar data.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate data and insights into clear business takeaways.
• Fluent English required; an additional language is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Interest in marketing strategy, data storytelling, and luxury fragrances.
• Experience working in an international, cross-functional environment.
