What you will do
- Conduct research on market trends, consumption patterns, and competitive positions to derive strategic recommendations.
- Provide strategic support to Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Product units to drive platform growth.
- Perform data-driven and qualitative analysis to develop key insights and impactful business recommendations.
- Assist management in updating operational metrics, financial models, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate and facilitate in-house communications and developments across various functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Fluent English for cross-functional communication.
- Strong understanding of Digital Assets, Payments, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Relevant experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or Tech.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other querying languages.
