What you will do

• Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for the PAM platform.
• Lead the transformation of the platform into a Tier-1 competitive solution for regulated markets.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management organization.
• Own product portfolio decisions, roadmap prioritization, and investment planning.
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable, API-first platform capabilities.
• Establish product KPIs and use data-driven insights to measure business impact and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience leading product strategy for B2B platforms, ideally within the iGaming industry.
• Deep understanding of PAM platforms, including Wallet, Payments, CRM, and Risk & Fraud domains.
• Experience developing product strategies for regulated markets and Tier-1 customer requirements.
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate or higher
