TL;DR
Funnel Optimization Manager (iGaming): Analyzing and optimizing end-to-end user journeys from acquisition to repeat deposits with an accent on conversion rate optimization and LTV. Focus on developing growth hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the product funnel.
Location: Remote or Hybrid. Must be based in Armenia, Cyprus, Georgia, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, or Ukraine

What you will do
- Analyze end-to-end funnels from traffic acquisition to repeat deposits.
- Optimize the Traffic → Landing Page → Registration → First Deposit → Retention flow.
- Develop and implement growth hypotheses in collaboration with Product, Traffic, and Retention teams.
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests to identify and prioritize optimization opportunities.
- Perform competitor analysis and audit creatives, landing pages, and user scenarios.
- Prepare detailed requirements for development teams and provide recommendations for funnel localization across different GEOs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in iGaming, Betting, Affiliate Marketing, or Media Buying.
- Strong understanding of acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels.
- Proficiency in key metrics: CTR, CPM, CPA, eCPA, Reg2FD, FD2RD, Retention, LTV, and ROI.
- Experience working with large datasets and designing A/B tests.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Traffic, and Country managers.
- Must be based in one of the supported countries (Armenia, Cyprus, Georgia, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, or Ukraine)
