What you will do

• Lead and motivate a team of Product Managers to execute solutions across the platform.
• Develop enterprise product strategies and solutions for matter lifecycle management, including monitoring, reporting, and storage.
• Translate high-level product strategy into clear, actionable user stories for development teams.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Applied Science to solve complex user problems.
• Validate hypotheses through mockups, user testing, and data-driven experimentation.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and user needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience launching, leading, and supporting software products.
• Degree in business, computer science, engineering, design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Polish (strong written and verbal communication).
• Strong interest in AI and its application within the legal industry.
• Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems and manage a team.
