Network & Security Expert (Telecom)

What you will do

• Define architectures, design solutions, and integrate network, telecom, security, and unified communications platforms.
• Manage production releases, operations, administration, monitoring, capacity planning, and technical documentation.
• Maintain voice and data communication systems, security controls, and service performance.
• Provide level 3 technical support and manage incidents and changes through ITIL processes.
• Monitor technology developments and propose improvements aligned with business and infrastructure needs.
• Coordinate with IT departments and service providers, including SLA reviews and operational committees.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in telecom, network, or security domains.
• Expert knowledge of network and telecom environments, including WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi technologies.
• Expert knowledge of layer 4/7 firewalls and SASE solutions; good knowledge of SIEM tools.
• Experience with unified communications, videoconferencing, and telephony infrastructure.
• Engineering degree and significant production management experience.
• French and English language skills required.
