What you will do

• Monitor autonomous yard trucks in real-time during active operations.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for hardware and software issues on prototype vehicles.
• Review and analyze log data related to system failures and autonomy disengagements.
• Track, document, and triage technical issues systematically.
• Maintain and update the internal knowledge base and diagnostic trees.
• Represent the company as a technical ambassador during customer interactions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age with 5+ years of driving experience.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and maintain a clean driving history.
• Must be able to work on-site in Dayton, OH.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work in outdoor conditions and in a moving vehicle for up to 10 hours per day.
• Must pass a criminal background check and safety performance checkpoints.
• Technical aptitude with familiarity in Linux, Git, Jira, and Google Suite.
• Ability to travel for up to 1 month.
