TL;DR

Marketing Executive - Brand & Internal Communications (Brand & Internal Comms): Supporting brand and colleague communications across multiple projects, with an accent on rebranding administration, consistent brand rollout across digital and physical channels, and internal campaign delivery. Focus on coordinating stakeholders, drafting and publishing intranet/newsletter/email content, and using engagement metrics to report insights.

What you will do

  • Plan, coordinate, and administer business-wide branding projects, including audits and replacement of branded materials.
  • Coordinate rollout of branded assets across digital and physical channels, working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Support internal communications campaigns by drafting and publishing content for intranet, newsletters, and email channels.
  • Create engaging internal content (e.g., success stories, presentations, visual communications) and manage internal communication calendars.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide reporting and insights for internal communications.
  • Provide marketing & communications administrative support, including meeting/workshop coordination and project documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing communications role.
  • Demonstrable experience in a B2B environment.
  • Email marketing experience, including developing, executing, and measuring email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong writing skills for multiple channels (including social media experience).
  • Strong communication skills internally and externally, plus strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK is required (documentary evidence will be required).

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting a brand refresh or rebranding project.
  • Experience with marketing software/services for public sector stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using Canva, M365 Apps, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with intranet/email/content management platforms; familiarity with SharePoint and employee engagement platforms.
