What you will do

• Build and deploy multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Support campaign segmentation, targeting, and performance reporting.
• Assist in the development of lifecycle and automated customer journeys.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and commercial stakeholders to align on campaign goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure all communications meet brand, compliance, and data standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of customer engagement metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester or London, UK.
