What you will do

• Develop and execute audience development plans ensuring marketing communications reflect event positioning.
• Create and manage outbound customer communications across multiple channels.
• Execute marketing campaigns and report on effectiveness, KPIs, and results.
• Drive the creative and design process for new and existing marketing materials.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create integrated campaigns for client growth and retention.
• Oversee community-building and social media strategies to drive brand affinity.

Requirements

• Experience as a Marketing Executive or experienced Marketing Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills including CRM, CMS, email marketing, and marketing automation software.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously on time and on budget.
• Must be based in or able to work in Coventry (Hybrid).
