What you will do

• Open the Brazilian market by identifying and securing partnerships with banks, lenders, and collection agencies.
• Develop and execute scalable GTM motions tailored to the local mid-market.
• Lead the full sales cycle from discovery and commercial negotiation to closing and relationship management.
• Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers to manage technical integrations for new clients.
• Own the regional P&L and drive the growth strategy for the Brazilian market.
• Deeply understand local collections operations, systems, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Sao Paulo, Brazil.
• Native or near-native fluency in Portuguese.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1+).
• Proven experience as a startup founder or head of sales in a tech company.
• Strong track record of selling complex, high-value products.
• Autonomous, fast-paced, and operationally relentless mindset.
